LDS single adults and friends, come join us at our regular events!
Join the Tacoma, Lakewood, Olympia, Lacey, Centralia and Elma area LDS single adults at our regular events! We hold dances, game nights, classic movies night, firesides, and family home evenings regularly according to the schedule below, as well as our special events (listed just above the regularly scheduled events):

Conference Schedule

10:30 – Registration Starts

11:00 – Conference Opening in Chapel

11:30 – Lunch

12:30 – Service Projects*

             5:00 – Mixer

             6:00 – Dinner

             7:00 – Keynote Speaker

             8:00-11:00 – Dance

The cost is free, nothing, nada – but it is very helpful to get a head count before the day of the event.

Kiwanas Gardens (need gloves and work appropriate clothes) - The Kiwanas do gardens for the food bank.
Catholic Community Services - Helping a Family Move (most families needing this help have differing disabilities)
Indexing - (if you have a laptop please bring it). Brother Ellis will teach how to do this and then you'll be able to help do the indexing while at the event.
Making Mother's Day Cards for a local nursing home

Food Bank Donation Ideas:
•    High protein food such as: canned chili, peanut butter, beans, or canned meat
•    Pasta and Macaroni and Cheese
•    Canned fruit and vegetables
•    Soup
•    Baby Food and Formula
•    Fresh fruits and vegetables that store well in a refrigerator. Home grown produce is most welcome.             (especially during winter and spring)
•    Financial Contributions

You are also welcome to donate to the Family Support Center:
•    diapers and pull-ups (especially size 3 and up)
•    diaper wipes
•    daily bus passes (or funds to purchase daily bus passes)
•    laundry vouchers (or funds to purchase laundry vouchers)
•    portable healthy snack items
•    professional clothing (for job interviews, court hearings...)
•    Boys and Girls clothing
•    Backpacks and school supplies
•    Gas vouchers
•    New childrens and adult underwear and socks
•    Gift cards to grocery stores, Goodwill, WalMart, Home Depot, Target etc.
•    Twin-size bed sheets (for shelter beds)
•    Laundry Soap
•    Dish Soap
•    Can openers


4th Friday: Tacoma Activity or Dance & Game Night, Some months will be an activity (for current information, join the South End LDS Singles facebook group or subscribe to Duanelist, or contact your stake representative). Dances will be from 9-midnight at the Tacoma South Building on 78th Street(map). Most dances will have an ice breaker type activity there prior to the dance at 8pm. Games will be in the room next to the kitchen. (2017 April - Cancelled due to Singles Conference April 22. May - Lattin's Cider Mill)

5th Friday: Activity Various activities. (for current information, join the South End LDS Singles facebook group or subscribe to Duanelist, or contact your stake representative). (March 31 - Temple & Ice Cream Social; June - Pirate Days; Sep 29 Picnic & Hike)


1st Sunday: Tacoma Stake Fireside & Potluck, 5:30 pm Potluck, 6:30pm Fireside. Tacoma 12th & Pearl Building (map)
2nd Sunday: 6 p.m., Lacey Stake Potluck and Fireside, Odd months, Yelm Building, Even months, Nisqually Building (map)
3rd Sunday: Olympia Stake Fireside & Potluck, 6 pm Olympia Stake Center (map) (cancelled in April due to EASTER)
4th Sunday: Centralia Stake Fireside & Potluck 6 pm Potluck, 7pm Fireside (temporarily cancelled)

Family Home Evening (FHE):

2nd Monday: 6:30 pm at the Henderson Building (Children Welcome)
4th Monday: 6:30 pm at the Henderson Building (and Potluck)
